In concern for the health and safety of our student-athletes and in consideration of the challenges faced with training and travel during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Canadian Intercollegiate Lumberjacking Association (CILA) and its six members institutions (McGill University, Dalhousie University, University of New Brunswick, Sir Sanford Fleming College, Algonquin College and Maritime College of Forest Technology), is cancelling all competitions through January 31, 2021.

CILA joins Atlantic University Sport (AUS), Ontario University Athletics (OUA), Atlantic Collegiate Athletics Association (ACAA), and Canada West and the Ontario College Athletics Association (OCAA) in the suspension of their fall competitive schedules. Updates on the remaining competition in 2021 will be provided by January 1.
